Is the 1.9.2 something that is automatically downloaded or something that is shown in my updates for the MS Store? I checked there and have no updates to do.

Hello, I need some help. I was given a Gaomon M10k drawing tablet and am trying to set up the express key feature to open my Affinity programs. When I try to connect it from the desktop icon it say "Catastrophic Failure" (see picture) and when I look in both my C drive Programs x86 and just Programs the Affinity or Serif file are not there. I am not sure what to do. Could someone please help?

Hello, I purchased all the Affinity programs through the Microsoft store but none of the product keys show when I log into Serif. I tried to register the programs and the system gives me an error. I wanted to register the software so I had a record of it in case my computer crashed. Could someone please update me on how to go about doing this?

Hello! I am having the same issue for all of my Affinity products. I bought the software last year and with this update I tried to sign in via the apps but it gives me an error about connecting to the server. My store version is: 12011.1001.1.0 I'm only running Windows Defender And I am not sure what my runtimebroker is. I tried searching for it but nothing is showing -

Question: can you take an entire drawing make it one line or merge it into one and still keep it vector? I know you can in illustrator by doing (select all + expand + merge) but I’m not sure how to make it happen in affinity without using add which would change or add extra connecting lines. Is it possible to just connect the lines I have together without it add extra stuff? I just want it connected as is....

My paint, fill, and even erase tool has stopped working all of a sudden. I haven't done any changes or anything. I just rasterize a vector and was going to fill it and the history shows that it went but nothing is showing on the image itself. Yes, the correct layer is selected. I event tried adding a layer and painting that. nothing is working. Even when I closed the program, re opened it, opened a new file, and even re started the computer. Nothing is working. Please Help!!
