uncle808us Posted July 5, 2015 Posted July 5, 2015 In my 3D software when working with nodes I can pick two nodes at once and by using the scale tool move them apart the same distance at once. Is there a way to do this in Affinity Designer? Quote Mac MacBook Pro 15 in. OS X 10.9.5, Mid 2012 456.77 GB Affinity Design and Photo.
retrograde Posted July 5, 2015 Posted July 5, 2015 Welcome uncle808us, I recognize you from the c3d forum. :-) Nope. I'm waiting for this too. It has been brought up before. Currently there isn't a key short to scale or rotate or a way to define where to scale from and you have to go out of node mode to scale and/or rotate. This, in my opinion is a shortcoming and I am hoping it will be addressed at some point. Staff Ben Posted July 6, 2015 Staff Posted July 6, 2015 Improvements to the Node tool are coming soon. Transforming groups of nodes will be addressed. evtonic3 Posted July 6, 2015 Posted July 6, 2015 You can already do this, I discussed this here. https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/9686-moving-node-mirroring/ Quote
