APhoto: Character Leading - Keyboard shortcut?

Is there one for character leading?

If not, then is there a quick way to adjust the spacing between lines.

If you need to override the leading for a specific line, not the complete paragraph, you need to use the leading override in the Character studio panel. You can access the panel quickly from the Context Toolbar with a text tool selected: image.png.01d693c72279fe6549204114b0fe681d.png

I'm not aware of anything faster, but needing to do that override should be, usually, a rare situation.

I have this text:

When I adjust Paragraph leading to adjust the spacing between the lines, nothing happens. Only character leading works. Because you mention character leading is a rare situation, I wonder if I have set up it wrong and would appreciate any advice on how to set it up properly. I have attached the file if it helps.
