Affinity develop extension keeps crashing on MacBook Pro

Every time I try to edit raw file using affinity develop in photos extensions I get an error message. Is this a known issue or is it just me experiencing it?

It may be related to the image you're using. Any chance you could attach it to the forum?

I've just tested it with a few raw files and didn't experience any crashes.

I have been reporting several issues with the Affinity Extensions since late last year.  About 15% of the time the Develop Extension just refuses to load, one or two times I have had it crash.  Everyone of the Affinity Extensions could really need a little tender loving attention.  I along with several others have been reporting issues now for over year.  As of yet they remain unaddressed.

Unfortunately, the problems are not installation or machine related.  I have wiped my systems (Late 2017 iMac, Late 2017 MacBook Pro)  more than once trying to solve some of these issues.

I have been a customer since the Serif days.  I own every Affinity product on the Mac side and Affinity Photo on Windows.  Good products and from my experience a good company.  However, the Affinity Extensions really need some work.

Thank you for your feedback. We are aware of the issues with the extensions and the Edit with command in Apple Photos. These issues were already logged and are being looked at. We hope to have a fix for them soon.
