Momof9
I have been using AP for quite awhile Now. It is a great alternative to PS on the iPad. I use it more than PS on my Mac. I have my graphics that I create things with in my iPad in File Explorer. The last iOS 12 messed that up a bit, would not stay connected to iCloud. So a bit ago, I tried to drag in a file from Files into Affinity Photo, it would not work. So I tried using place from files and most of my files are no longer available to use from either my iPad or iCloud. Any ideas???
DM1
I'm not having any problems dragging and dropping a file onto a photo document screen. Could you maybe do a screen recording to show the issue? Turn on Show Touches so we can see what you tap. Maybe it’s a technique thing. Oh, I’m now on iPadOS 13.1 too. Staff Lee D Posted September 26, 2019 Staff Share Posted September 26, 2019 Dragging a file from Files to Affinity Photo is also working fine for me, the same for using the Place feature. I used files stored locally and on cloud services, including iCloud. Sometimes a restart of the iPad is required but if you still have an issue do a screen recording as @DM1 suggests.
