Develop Persona image very dark

Recommended Posts

When I import a CR2 raw file the image is very dark compared to the jpg view on my camera screen. I have to really up the exposure and other tweaks to even get close to moving on. Just upgraded to version 7.2. Using Windows 7. Is there something I need to configure?

Windows 10 Home Version 22H2 / Build 19045.2604

Desktop Computer

Affinity Photo (beta) 2.1.0.1709

Very Kindly,

Jeff Studley

Hi jstudley :)

Could you please confirm, what camera model does your RAW originate from? Please open a RAW in Develop, then go to View>Studio>32bit Preview and open this studio, then provide a screenshot of the settings that are set here. Thanks in advance!

Please note -

I am currently out of the office for a short while whilst recovering from surgery (nothing serious!), therefore will not be available on the Forums during this time.

Should you require a response from the team in a thread I have previously replied in - please Create a New Thread and our team will be sure to reply as soon as possible.

Many thanks!
