walt.farrell
I created a new document in Publisher beta 1.7.2.442, then switched to the Photo Persona and added a Fill Layer. The new layer is not positioned properly with respect to the document page: The origin point of the fill layer seems to be about 1/8 inch too high and to the left of the page origin. But something also seems to extend about 1/8 inch too far to the right and to the bottom, looking at the light gray box that extends outside the document page. There's also an odd white border extending 1/8 inch above and to the left of the fill layer bounds. (Note: zooming in and out changes this extra border to match the fill color.) oddfill.afpub This does not seem to happen in 1.7.1.404. -- Walt Designer, Photo, and Publisher V1 and V2 at latest retail and beta releases PC: Desktop: Windows 11 Pro, version 23H2, 64GB memory, AMD Ryzen 9 5900 12-Core @ 3.00 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Laptop: Windows 11 Pro, version 23H2, 32GB memory, Intel Core i7-10750H @ 2.60GHz, Intel UHD Graphics Comet Lake GT2 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU. iPad: iPad Pro M1, 12.9": iPadOS 17.4.1, Apple Pencil 2, Magic Keyboard Mac: 2023 M2 MacBook Air 15", 16GB memory, macOS Sonoma 14.4.
Staff Jon P Posted August 5, 2019 Staff Share Posted August 5, 2019 Hi Walt, Thanks for this, we have a similar issue already logged, but from what I can see this does also effect 1.7.1. In the current release (1.7.1) do you not get the same by just going to Photo Persona and doing Layer > New Fill Layer?
