Fill Layers are not properly aligned with the document page

Recommended Posts

I created a new document in Publisher beta 1.7.2.442, then switched to the Photo Persona and added a Fill Layer.

The new layer is not positioned properly with respect to the document page:

  1. The origin point of the fill layer seems to be about 1/8 inch too high and to the left of the page origin.
  2. But something also seems to extend about 1/8 inch too far to the right and to the bottom, looking at the light gray box that extends outside the document page.
  3. There's also an odd white border extending 1/8 inch above and to the left of the fill layer bounds. (Note: zooming in and out changes this extra border to match the fill color.)

This does not seem to happen in 1.7.1.404.

Hi Walt,

Thanks for this, we have a similar issue already logged, but from what I can see this does also effect 1.7.1.

In the current release (1.7.1) do you not get the same by just going to Photo Persona and doing Layer > New Fill Layer?
