Publisher double header

1. Using Publisher on win10  Document header looks fine. When printed pages 2 & 3 the header doubled on to of each other the other 40 pages are fine
2. In Publisher, the text box is not aligned with margin seems to print ok?

I am going to guess that at some point you deleted a single page and re-applied the master page.

Back up first by making a copy and working on that. Check your layers panel for pages 2 & 3, delete both of the Masters. Reapply once and relink the text.
