walt.farrell
OK, then about all I can think of is removing or renaming your .propcol files (vector_brushes.propcol and raster_brushes.propcol) and see if that helps. You can find their locations from this FAQ: but as you're using the EXE/MSI version they should be in %appdata%\Affinity\Common\2.0\user\ I would probably rename them both, while the applications are not running, so you retain the old files in case they're needed for further diagnosis. So, for example, rename vector_brushes.propcol to vector_brushes-save.propcol and rename raster_brushes.propcol to raster_brushes-save.propcol and then start Designer 2 and see if you have brushes. Mikeymcg
Hi I tried this. The brushes file are in the resources folder of affinity designer and when I open the app the brushes are available. However the brushes files are not in the resources folder for affinity designer 2 and subsequently not available on the app. This must be the problem, the missing .propcol files? I have attached pictures
walt.farrell
Good detective work. Sounds like you need to uninstall and reinstall Designer 2.
