Is ist possible to export a photo from Apple Photos directly to Affinity Photo?

Welcome to Affinity Forums  :)

I believe there's no way yet to use external editors with Apple Photos (the "Edit with..." functionality).

For now you can only do a File ▹ Export ▹ Export Unmodified Original within Apple Photos app.
