craiigman
I’m about to buy Publisher but don’t yet own the other two on my MacBook, but I will do later down the line. If I buy from a App Store would i then need to buy the other two from the App Store? Same as if from the website. In terms of using Studio Link, or does it not matter? Staff Callum Posted July 15, 2019 Staff Share Posted July 15, 2019 Hi Craiigman, No it doesn't matter where you purchased the app from Studio Link will work provided all apps are installed in the root of your applications folder. Thanks Callum craiigman 1 Quote Please tag me using @ in your reply so I can be sure to respond ASAP.
R C-R
FWIW, I bought Designer & Photo from the Mac App Store & Publisher from the Affinity Store. No problems getting StudioLink to work. Just make sure they are all in their default install locations at the root of the Applications folder like @Callum said, & run Photo & Designer at least once before trying to use StudioLink in Publisher. EDIT: Also make sure all apps are 1.7.1 or newer.
