I've tried the menu and the key command. What am I missing?

John Nolan
Hmm, not sure what to fix. Here's what I've got in the Character panel...I don't see any other English language options there.
Staff MEB Posted July 9, 2019 Staff Share Posted July 9, 2019 Hi John Nolan,With the text frame selected, set the Spelling dropdown to English in the Language section of the Character panel (sometimes it doesn't stick at first - make sure that when you select the text frame the language displayed there is English (in this case). Then go to Text > Spelling > Spelling Options, it should now offer several choices/options for misspelled words. John Nolan
I'm still just seeing the blank dialogue like the one in my first post. The only English option I see in the English (Canada) one. I've tried selecting French, Dutch and German for the text, and still don't see any options when I select Spelling Options.
