Hello,

I create a grid line for all my documents. But if I want to add some new text area, it create a separate grid line in it as you can see on this video :

Hi Creative Art,
Welcome to Affinity Forums :)
Go to menu View > Studio > Text Frame to display the Text Frame panel then in the Baseline Grid section untick Use baseline grid. Affinity Publisher supports both document's baseline grids and independent text frame's baseline grids.

Hello MEB,

Thank you for your fast reply. "Use baseline grid" is already unticked... :/

You can see the print screen in attached file. In French "Text Frame = Zone de texte" and "Use baseline Grid = Ignorer la grille de référence".

Do you know an another solution ?

Thank you.

Does this help? Uncheck the Use Baseline Grid and the Text Frame baseline will disappear.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

Hello, as I mentioned to MEB, it's already unchecked as you can see on my video here :

I don't know if it's a bug or an error from me... :/ Strange.

I can't view that video.

However, in your response to @MEB you said that "Use baseline Grid = Ignorer la grille de référence".

Are you sure? Wouldn't "Ignorer" be "Ignore", not "Use"?

As @Old Bruce pointed out, there are 2 settings. The top one is "Ignore Baseline Grid". The bottom one is "Use Baseline Grid".

You need to make sure that the second one, "Use Baseline Grid" is also off.

Hello,

Sorry for my late reply. Here is a print screen in attached file with every panels opened (text field panel, baseline grid of the document option and paragraph panel of the selected text). I still don't understand why it's not aligned on the main baseline grid.

Thank you so much for your help and patience.

Click in the text frame below (on the page, with the text "The key words of the bakery are...") the currently selected one and look at the Text Frame panel.
