Affinity Designer crop question (split)

Recommended Posts

1.7.1 issue: Crop "Apply" button missing.

Crop tool allows selection then there is no Apply button in the contextual menu. Actually there isn't anything in the contextual menu with the Crop Tool selected.

Hopefully I'm missing something. Please let me know.

Thanks!

@BernSh

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums :)

This is a thread about Affinity Designer. Cropping in designer is a visual thing that doesn't require any apply.

If you are referring to the Affinity Photo / Pixel persona crop tool then I would appreciate it if you would make your own thread about this in the appropriate Bugs forum.

You have to select the photo you have opened or placed and then choose the crop tool and you can crop only that element. The document stays the same size.

Affinity Designer 2.5.5 | Affinity Photo 2.5.5 | Affinity Publisher 2.5.5 | Beta versions as they appear.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
