Text on Path

How to position text on a circle shape with a change of orientation but outside the shape only?
It seems I either can manage to ...

a.) go around in one orientation only, or               
b.) with an orientation change but then continuing inside the circle, not outside.

    

 

Is there a way to make the bottom text appear outside the circle path but not upside down?

Adjust the Baseline of the bottom text in the context toolbar.
