JModh
I recently purchased the full version of Affinity Photo last week, and just updated it to v1.7.0.380, and I cannot open the RAW photos from my Nikon d750. I keep getting a message saying "The File Type is Not Supported." I have attached an image showing the error message I receive. If anyone knows how to fix this, please help. Mark Ingram
Hi, normally Nikon RAW files have a .NEF extension. Can you try renaming the extension?
JModh
How can I change the extension? I did it once a long time ago but can't remember.
Staff Gabe Posted July 12, 2019 Staff Share Posted July 12, 2019 Hi @JModh, Sorry for the delayed reply. In File Explorer: View Ribbon -> Show/Hide section -> checkbox: File name extensions. Then you can change the extension via any of the normal rename options (F2, right-click, etc). However, that "RAW" file has got an unusual name. Did you rename it? Thanks, Gabe
