Hello,

I'm planning to purchase the new Affinity Publisher for work but I would like to make sure first that  Serif is able to provide me with an invoice. In the organisation I work for it is mandatory to get an invoice with all the organisation's details (name, address and Tax Identification Number). Would it be possible to get that, apart from the receipt?

Thank you very much,

Nora

I know I'm jumping in here pretty late.

As a result of the V2 launch, the Affinity team isn't responding to my purchase inquiry through email. Does anyone know if I can create a VAT receipt for a past purchase using an EU VAT number?

Thanks in advance :)

Hi tiagomota,

Welcome to the forums... If you log in to your account on the Affinity home page by selecting Menu (top right) and then My Account you will then see the option to select Order History, select that and you can generate a PDF VAT Invoice for any past purchases made directly from the Affinity Store.
