How to resize many pages in Publisher

Recommended Posts

Same issue still - i have all pages imported in with bleed 6.25x9.25in but i want them 6x9. I attempted to change master page and apply. But no change to spreads. I selected all pages and edited spread setup. I edit single page by single page, and the size change "sticks". however, i dont want to go through and edit 120 pages. How do we resize all the pages. Again, i've tried Spread setup and master pages.

Did you try selecting the All Spreads option in the Spread Setup dialog? Or the Selected Spreads option, and then selecting the spreads in the list-box on the right?

Thanks for the reply. Yes, i tried All Spreads and Selected Spreads. The only thing that has worked is if I edit (right click | spread properties | dimensions) each individual page.

That's too bad. Are you on Mac or Windows?

Either of those options works just fine for me on Windows. I did notice once that it didn't seem to work if the first page in the range was already the size I wanted to change to, but I need to do more experimenting to figure out for sure if that's what happened.

What I did was select all spreads and went to Spread Setup then selected the individual dimensions and typed in my desired change and it worked.

Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.4
Affinity Designer 2.4.1 | Affinity Photo 2.4.1 | Affinity Publisher 2.4.1 | Beta versions as they appear.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
