Focus merge source panel

Recommended Posts

In the 1.7 iPad app, I cannot find the source panel after a focus merge. Without one, I can’t clean up the ‘bloom’ around some edges. This is vital to clean images. It is available in the macOS version, at least the 1.6 version.

My issue is with the iPad app, not the MacOS app—which has the sources panel open automatically, the 1.7 version too.

Where is the source panel in the iPad app?

This (image attached) is the 'bloom' I'm referring to. On MacOS, this is easy to remove (even if a bit time consuming). On my iPad, I have no good way of getting rid of this.

If I've missed something, please let me know.

While many features are shared, the controls are often different. I haven't used this feature on my iPad but I think that once the merge is completed it simply creates a merged image. The help file refers only  to three preview stages, initial alignment, image blending and merging. Perhaps there is the ability to modify alignment during this preview stage? This is possible when doing panoramas, can modify and adjust until completing the panorama. After that it’s just an image.
