Gil Carlos Volpato Posted June 19, 2019 Posted June 19, 2019 Hi, I have a similar problem in Affinity Designer 1.7.1 when using the command PLACE under the FILE menu. The new window is taller than the screen and both buttons stay out of the sight. I can use ESC or RETURN keys on keyboard, but in both cases the whole Affinity Designer window is deslocated 16mm below and needs to be moved back toi its original position. also reported here Quote

I received an answer from @Sean P in another post about the "Place Command Case", that probably can resolve your problem too. According to him, you need to go fullscreen, and then you will be able to resize the window to a reasonable size. Quote
