Touch for gestures only does not work for pen tool

There’s no issues when using pencil and brush tool.

This was an intentional change made a while back that Touch For Gestures only 'works' when you use a brush tool. However a lot of people are unhappy with it so we have passed the feedback onto development.

I strongly agree that "tough for gestures only" should mean what is says. I have a hard time imagining a reason that someone who has a pencil would want to use their finger to draw paths, edit nodes, or really anything at all besides gestures, and MAYBE moving objects (but only because it sometimes works better with finger than with pencil (i.e., doesn't resize when you want to move)).

I hope this gets reverted. It's annoying for your hand to erase parts without you noticing.
