rnbutler87
Hi, as the title says, when I copy this image from one document to another, it appears 'blank'. The layer thumbnail looks a bit dodge too, like with very thin bars, like it's corrupt or something. Very strange but hopefully watching the video will explain. https://www.loom.com/share/884deccf5b6f4a5798f579a0556321cf

Staff Sean P Posted April 26, 2019 Staff Share Posted April 26, 2019 Hi rnbutler87, Would you be able to attach the two documents you are pasting from and into please? Does it also fail to paste into a new document? If you don't wish to share the documents publicly then please use this Dropbox link: https://www.dropbox.com/request/pM8WRPTvp8JzoYa3qflO Thank you! rnbutler87
Hi, I've now uploaded these files. The image copies OK into a new document. But appears blank when I copy it from CK_dinosaur-landing-page_book to CK_farm-animals_covers2 The image is the one in the repeating pattern in the symbol duplicated for the background. Thanks. Staff Sean P Posted May 2, 2019 Staff Share Posted May 2, 2019 Thank you very much for the file - I've reproduced it here and will pass it on to development. It seems to be when that file goes from an RGB document to a CMYK one. I get the same when I paste into a new CMYK document (and by same, I get a lot of graphical corruption rather than 'no image'). rnbutler87 and MattP
