Affinity Photo consuming 100% of the processor!

Recommended Posts

Dear, good afternoon. My Affinity Photo, during the works, has been short and the operating system (Window 10) issues the message: "Affinity Photo is not responding". After several seconds, it returns to normal. During these crashes, I noticed that the cooler of my notebook makes a lot of noise, so I opened the Task Manager and realized that Affinity Photo, during these crashes, is using 100% of my processor (i7 - sixth generation) !!!

Please help me! I loved Affinity, but working in that way is unbearable.

My hardware and other screens for problem evaluation are attached.
