DanEv Posted March 10, 2019 Posted March 10, 2019 Is it correct that only a photo imported to a document using the Place Image Tool can then have transparency applied to it using the Transparency Tool? If I draw a picture frame then place a photo, when I try to apply transparency, the slider appears in the photo but has no affect, which seems odd. Quote
PaulEC Posted March 10, 2019 Posted March 10, 2019 Are you sure you are applying the transparency to the picture, not to the frame? (Check you have the right layer in the layers panel.) That is what I'm thinking too... that the transparency could be applied to the already-transparent frame instead of to the picture within the frame. Quote
DanEv Posted March 11, 2019 Author Posted March 11, 2019 Thanks PaulEC & fde101, that has been the issue. Quote
