chaleco45 Posted February 12, 2019 Posted February 12, 2019 Hi all,i dove a small problem with akvis 16 plugin,i load a {jpg}and it works ok,but when open an image from the devolpe persona i get a 16 bit tiff,and then i open it in akvis sketch,and it.s grey out does that mean it do not support 16 bit tiff,s. thanks in advance . charles Quote
Staff MEB Posted February 12, 2019 Staff Posted February 12, 2019 Hi chaleco45, Welcome to Affinity Forums Go to menu Document ▸ Colour Format and check if the document is set to Greyscale. Is so change it to RGB (8 or 16 bits). Check the plugins menu again - they should be available now. Some plugins don't work in greyscale mode. Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
