Maurizio02
Hi. I purchased before 2016 via Apple Store Affinity Design and Affinity Photo for use on my Macbook. The Mac is now irreparably damaged and I can no longer access my data. Is it possible to convert OSX licenses to be able to use them on a Windows system? How can I trace back my licenses as I do not appear on my Affinity account when I buy from the Apple Store?
walt.farrell
Sorry, but no, that's not possible. You need to purchase specifically for the OS you're going to use (Windows, Mac, iOS), and no conversion is possible. Staff MEB Posted February 6, 2019 Staff Share Posted February 6, 2019 Hi Maurizio02, Welcome to Affinity Forums It's not possible to transfer licenses from one platform to another. We also have no control over apps bought through the Mac App Store which is managed by Apple. Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
Maurizio02
Thank you both. Affinity apps are great, so I'll buy them again
