When dragging the ruler origin out onto a spread to reposition the origin, the zero point for the X axis is correctly repositioned, but the zero point for the Y axis is not. I think I may have the same problem, but I am tired so I will do more investigating tomorrow. Not certain that it is a bug or my inconsistent releasing of the cursor, always the Y axis though.
