Capitalisation error

Following on from Rudolphus 's comments about a Designer capitalisation bug, there is a similar issue with Publisher. When a text frame is selected rather than the individual characters/words, the lower section of the Text/Capitalisation menu has no effect.

Thanks Mick Rose, I've spoken with the development team and they are going to look into this issue
