Can`t mail to affinityorders@serif.com anymore

Recommended Posts

Hi,

always get this message: Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender.

It works at the beginning, but since some days my mails always bouncing back.

I have bought  the Affinity Photo Workbook (German) in oktober and never got it. Amazon had send it back, don`t now why?

I had contact to the support and they wanted my address, but i can`t mail them anymore because of this problem.

Thank you.

Have you tried the "simpler" address of <affinity@serif.com>?

Your email to affinity@serif.com has been assigned to the orders queue, who are dealing with a backlog currently. Thanks for your patience in this respect.
