Deleting Presets

Can someone tell me when I click on a Preset, then select delete preset it doesn't delete.

Hi debbru,
It seems to be working correctly for me (on a Mac). Are you using Windows? Are you trying to delete one of the default presets or a custom one?

I'm working on a Mac too & I'm using a custom preset

So from the Preset drop down menu you select the Preset you want to delete which shows the crop grid for that preset, then you go back to the preset drop down menu and select Delete Preset and when you go back to the preset dropdown menu again it's still there?

By the way if you delete the preset you have selected, the crop grid will still remain on screen until you select a different preset.

Thank you for your reply, I’ve managed to delete all the presets but one, which will not delete

Hi debbru,
As a last resort you can press and hold ⌃(ctrl) while launching the app until a Clear User Defaults dialog appear, tick Reset Crop Tool Presets (untick the first three checkboxes) and press Clear. This will revert the crop presets to the app default removing that custom preset you can't delete.

Thank you for your reply. I have tried this but this hasn't worked either,  can delete every preset except 6" X 4"
