On Affinity photo Desk Top (example) I'm able to select an adjustment - brightness/contact - then command (i) to invert it. Then I can get my paint brush and paint on the areas I want to get the brightness/contrast. However on Affinity Photo iPad I cannot find this option to be able to do this. The only "invert" I can find is in the adjustments but it changes the entire picture to some bizarre colour scheme (see photo) and not back to the original as in Affinity photo desk top. Go to the Channels Studio and tap on the ellipses ... for the Brightness/Contrast (or any) adjustment layer. It opens a menu and Invert is in there. Quote Windows PCs. If I got to filters and select (example) clarify - how do I invert that? I tired the above for clarify and I cannot see anywhere to invert it? Clarify doesn't even appear in the ... Thank you again. toltec Posted November 10, 2018 Share Posted November 10, 2018 On the iPad, filters are not layers, they are destructive filters by default. This is because Live Filter Layers use a lot of processor power. You can convert many (but not all) filters to Live Filter Layers by clicking on the lightning bolt on the Context Toolbar. You will get a warning about performance. Then you can paint on the filter layer and it will also appear in the Channels studio where you can invert it. Quote Windows PCs. This provides access to pretty much all the live filters available on desktop, though I don't have desktop version to confirm this.
