lhodaniel
Here in the southern US, there is an old saying: "Dance with the one who brung ya." This is something to consider while you guys spew out other apps and Affinity Photo for windows, Mac, Ipad, Xbox, PS4, Commodore 64, etc. The last beta for Mac OS was on March 1. At this point, I've pretty much given up on AP and am back in the Adobe camp. You had me for awhile. But now Adobe will have to either substantially raise the rent or force cloud storage for me to think of Affinity again. I had a lot of hope and I am disappointed. Staff MEB Posted November 1, 2018 Staff Share Posted November 1, 2018 Hi lhodaniel, I'm sorry to hear that. It's true this latest round of updates (1.7) is taking some time but we want to ensure that all apps of the suite are running on the same improved code/trunk (1.7) and there's no issues when exchanging files between them no matter in which app (or platform) you have created the file (this includes Publisher). That's one of the advantages of having a common file format. Publisher is also tightly integrated with the other apps (through the Draw and Photo Personas) so we are trying to keep all working seamlessly/in sync. Since it's a totally new program and still have a few bugs/issues to solve, it's all taking a little more than we hoped for. Hopefully future updates should be quicker/smoother. Please bear with us while we work on this. Thank you. R C-R and SrPx 1 1 Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
