Change again some of the document settings and select again 'Create Preset'. The 'Page Preset' drop down list displays the name of the previously created preset and adds another 'Unnamed Preset' to the bottom of the list. Expected behaviour: 'Create Preset' brings the newly created preset to the top of list (and into view) and it can be renamed immediately. Apart from that I am very happy to see the addition of custom presets to APub! d.
