Change colour of imported .eps file RGB

Hi,

I have imported an .eps file using the place image command (perhaps there is a more correct way to do it) and want to change its colour to a specific solid RGB value. If I select it and just use the colour tool it does not change colour. I can change the colour with the recolour adjustment but then I do not get to select the RGB value. Please can you tell me the best way to do this please?

When you place an image it is created as an image layer. You need to select the layer and convert it to a pixel layer (using Rasterise command), you can then use the colour tool to edit layer colours.

Another option is to double tap your embedded eps document, this will open a new view of the eps file only, meaning you can adjust the layers and colour here, independent of the original document. Once you're done editing, simply tap the 'back' arrow in the top left corner and you'll return to the document where the eps was placed!
