Hi @ClaudeGJ,
Welcome to Affinity Forums :)
At first sight seems the plugins were correctly installed and detected. The Authorise Global/root access was already set previously thus the button is greyed out - it's all fine here. By code i believe you meant the serial number/product key is not being accepted. Are you absolutely sure you entered it correctly (ideally just copy/paste if possible)?
What happens when you enter it does it display any errors message? if so what's the error?

That means Authorize Global is already enabled.

What do you mean by "the active code it's not accepted"?

Thanks for the information. For the code, I got an error no internet or try later. I've managed to activate the code when I found a module not in Affinity. I opened it and the activation of the code worked. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the information. For the code, I copied the code from the site but I got an error no internet or try later. It looks like Affinity didn't manage to send the code. I've managed to activate the code when I found a module not in Affinity. I opened it and the activation of the code worked. Thanks for your help.

By module, I assume you mean one of the NIK apps (like Color Efex Pro 4.app or HDR Efex Pro 2.app) that can be run independently of a plugin host app like Photoshop or Affinity Photo.

I only mention this in case there are other users reading this topic who have the same problem entering the code.
