Peter Werner
I personally like to set these values based on the point size of my text to ensure they harmonize with the measurements of the text as well as things like em spaces. I know it is possible to type in other units into the input fields, but it would be nice if they could also displayed in that fashion. That way, if I change the size of my text in a paragraph style, I would be able to immediately tell whether the indent setting needs adjusting or not. Hangman
Changing the default units in the 'Document Setup' dialogue to points will then display first line indent and column gutters in points or are you more looking for the ability to mix and match units, i.e. mm and points together? Peter Werner
Exactly, just like font size is always specified in pt rather than mm for example. Quote www.peterwerner.net
