Zee
Hi, the install EXE files don't work on Windows 10. 1.6.4 installs fine. With 1.6.5 nothing happens for either Designer or Photo. No error messages or anything. Just does nothing. Thanks for any help.
firstdefence
Have you tried downloading the installer files again? as a workaround try installing 1.6.4 first, then install 1.6.5 it will update 1.6.4 If this doesn't work see this post for more help on this issue. The SetupUI.log files for both Photo and Designer are showing the following error: The type initializer for 'System.Windows.Media.FontFamily' threw an exception If you see the posts by Leigh in the link below, an issue was found with some fonts and the current installer. One of the fonts they identified an issue with was Avenir Next.ttc, therefore if you have that font installed you can try uninstalling it and then try to install the software. Alternatively, follow the instructions also in that link regarding turning off .NET 3.5 and then trying to install the software.
