alicekoh
I am very new to Affinity. Previously I have been using adobe illustrator. There is a function where I can convert a photo into vectors for modification. Does Affinity has this function too? May I know how can I do that ? Staff MEB Posted March 5, 2015 Staff Share Posted March 5, 2015 Hello alicekoh, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) Affinity Designer doesn't have an automatic tracing tool to convert images in to vectors. This is something that's being considered but that will take some time to be implemented if we decide to move forward. If the image if relatively simple you may try to do the trace manually. Otherwise a third party product may be the only solution at this point. A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
00Ghz
You might try inkscape. It’s free and the auto-trace feature is decent. Then you can export the SVG and import it into Affinity Designer.
