dish
I am trying to correct a photo where the persons face has a patch of sunshine on it and blond hair which is side/backlit by he sun. There is no detail in the overexposed areas. I cannot find an official or non official tutorial on the subject. Can anyone offer any advice on how to make the photo look acceptable. Thanks Highlight.afphoto
Staff Dan C Posted June 13, 2018 Staff Share Posted June 13, 2018 Hi dish, Welcome to the forums It will be easiest to offer advice if you could please provide your source image? Quote Please note - I am currently out of the office for a short while whilst recovering from surgery (nothing serious!), therefore will not be available on the Forums during this time. Should you require a response from the team in a thread I have previously replied in - please Create a New Thread and our team will be sure to reply as soon as possible. Many thanks! Wosven
Usually, for white reflects on the nose or the forehead, I tint it with pale pink or pale orange… but if half of the face is missing, that's not repairable.
