Help with an effect on Affinity Photo

Hi

I am new to Affinity Photo - I created this effect last week and am trying to remember how I did it to create another  - but I cant - can anyone tell me what adjustment this may be. ?

 

I know that sounds dumb but I just cant find how I did it

- I thought it was in HSL but im struggling to do it again

If you open the file in Affinity Photo and look at the Layers panel you may be able to see which filters you applied.

Welcome to the forum. It looks a lot like the Unsharp filter.  Layer>New Live Filter Layer>Unsharp Mask Filter.
