Carlas
Please help me other problem I have a Panasonic GX80 camera. If I open it in Affinity Photo, I set the colors and set it to arm with the Unsharp Mask. Then I export the image quality will be bad. It is blurry, painted, and apparently much firmer than when I import it from Photoshop Express. What's the problem here? Because it's really a big deal. If only setting what's wrong? I tried everything. I attached an example. But it's much firmer than other pictures. I'm going to add something like that. the left hand side of Photoshop Express is perfect. On a full screen, blurred as a picture of Affinity Photo. There are also bugs that I have selected. There is no such thing as PS Express (the PS E. very Sharp). I do something wrong? azartguy
I don't think you're doing anything wrong, it's just that "Unsharp Mask" isn't particularly good. I've just started using Affinity, so maybe there's a way to coax more out, but so far this seems (to me) to be the one area Affinity lags behind other software. You may want to go to a third-party sharpener. Somebody here with greater experience may have some recommendations what integrates best with Affinity. Silvia
Why not do your edits directly on Affinity Photo? Is there an advantage of using Photoshop Express for your edits over Affinity Photo? Thanks
DM1
An alternative method? Try applying the high pass filter with blend mode set to overlay or soft light. Set it up as a live filter and adjust radius to suit. Quote M1 IPad Air 10.9/256GB lpadOS 17.1.1 Apple Pencil (2nd gen).
