robynmau
Good Morning I'm loving Affinity Photo and I'm actually getting my head around it, despite never having used a graphics program before, which is great. Thanks for making is useful for us Windows users:-) I am trying to install Photo on my second laptop [I checked the forums and found I can do this], but I keep getting an error message at the end. I've got no idea what it might mean. I've attached a copy of the message below. Can someone please help me to successfully load the program. Thanks in advance Cheers Robyn
IanSG
Obvious question - have you tried downloading again? Quote AP, AD & APub user, running Win10
Staff MEB Posted January 3, 2018 Staff Share Posted January 3, 2018 Hi robynmau, Welcome to Affinity Forums As IanSG pointed out there may have been some issue with the installer which seems corrupt. Please cancel that installation, download the installer again and run it. Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
robynmau
Thanks for the input IanSG & MEB, I really appreciate. I was using the latest version without success, so I used an older version which has now installed correctly. As version 1.6.2-2 has just become available, I'll download that. Looks like I'm good to go now :-) cheers Robyn
