Jakerlund
Sorry if i spam you with questions  But i'm quite interested in the upcoming Publisher and what it is thought to be. Are there plans to be able to make interactive EPUB with Publisher? If so there's yet another area where we can drop Indesign. It would be fantastic to be able to make epubs with embeded/linked vimeo vids to keep the MB's down, and that streams/plays inside the epub itself. Staff MEB Posted January 26, 2015 Staff Share Posted January 26, 2015 Hi Jakerlund, Absolutely no problems with the questions ^_^ I wish i could answer them but Publisher is still several months away. It's too soon to discuss anything concrete about it. Some things are still being defined and may or may not be integrated in the first version. EPUB will certainly be taken in consideration, but there's nothing much i can add at the moment. As soon as we have some news we will post them here ;) Jakerlund 1 Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
Staff TonyB Posted January 26, 2015 Staff Share Posted January 26, 2015 Interactive EPUB will be on our roadmap for Affinity Publisher. It's unlikely to make the initial release but electronic publications will be a strong focus for us going forward. TheBoar
This is Great News Tony! Support for KF8 format (inc fixed layout format) for consideration on the roadmap, would be the icing on the cake!
