Jrm4040
I set up a new page to create a set of painting brushes. Used the New document, set to transparency and started to create a few brushes. Saved them as PNG files. When I installed them I imported them as "New intensity Brush". I set up a new document, went to new layer and selected the first new brush. Set color value and I noticed the more times I clicked on the brush the lighter the color became, but color intensity did not change on color wheel. Any idea why, all my other brushes that I didn't create do not do that.
Staff stokerg Posted May 18, 2017 Staff Share Posted May 18, 2017 Hi Jrm4040, I've tried to replicate this issue with a new brush i created and haven't been able to. Could you create a new Brush Category and add the problem brush to it. If you could then export that Category and post it as an attachment here, we will then be able to see why this happening. R C-R
I've been denied the upload. States that "ERROR: You are not permitted to upload this kind of file." If you don't mind the file being available to everyone, you can attach file types the site otherwise does not allow by zipping them & attaching the .zip file(s) instead. Staff stokerg Posted May 19, 2017 Staff Share Posted May 19, 2017 Hi Jrm4040, Thanks for uploading the files. I only had an issue with the brush numbered 2284. If you edit the brush and set the Luminance Jitter to 0% and try again, do you get the same results? That resolved it for me and a colleague I've attached a screenshot showing the settings for that brush.
