Fluk3
I'm trying to import a few images that have clipping paths for use in a catalog layout. When I open the files, I don't see the paths anymore. How can I accomplish this? Oval
Staff MEB Posted November 29, 2014 Staff Share Posted November 29, 2014 Hi Fluk3 Welcome to Affinity Forums. PSD import/export is continuously being worked on. We don't support some features yet. Keep an eye on our betas. There's some developments coming soon. Oval 1 Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
Staff Ben Posted December 1, 2014 Staff Share Posted December 1, 2014 Currently we only support paths attached to layers (for masks). If you apply the path as a mask, it will be imported. AD currently has no concept of generic paths. We may add this as an improvement to snapping, if it fits. erickp
I would love to see a "path panel" equivalent. I utilize it often on my end. Oval
givmajaye
In prepress a clipping Path panel is existential. :-)
