imashination
Attached is a 16bit multi layered psd with linear colour space. When loaded, affinity photo sees this as srgb, thus destroying all of the brightness values. I cannot even seem to manually assign a linear colour profile as it simply isnt in the list. man.psd
Chris_K
Hi imashination Our linear icc profiles are in 32bit RGB colour space, not 16, which will be what is causing the loss in brightness. If you are able to save the PSD in 32bit instead of 16 bit then it appears fine when opened in Affinity. If you have the 16liner icc profile to hand you can import it by going to file > import icc profile Cheers Serif Europe Ltd - Check the latest news at www.affinity.serif.com
Olyandros
I have the same problem, wrong profile is being loaded, not the linear one. And a linear one can't be applied in 16bit later on, because linear profiles can not be choosen while in 16 bit.
jorismak
+1. I have the 16bit linear profiles I want to use in my system folder, _And_ through file -> import icc. But they appear only when in 32bit mode, not in 16bit mode.
