luro
Staff MEB Posted November 14, 2016 Staff Share Posted November 14, 2016 Hi luro, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) Which version are you using? Affinity Photo 1.5 (currently in Beta) does support compressed and uncompressed RAW files from Fujifilm XT-2. If you want to give it a try you can download it from the corresponding section here (usually pinned at the top). Rudolf-H.

Same here. Loading (uncompressed) Fuji X-T2 RAW files crashes Affinity Photo, even when I convert the RAW to DNG using Lightroom. I played with the beta for a while and I'm pretty sure I was able to at least load the .DNGs if not the .RAFs themselves. I really like Photo, but in every release there is another little something that has me go back to Photoshop. Please fix this so I can get a step closer to bannig Adobe software from my computer. conrad2k
Puzzling! I have no problem opening my X-T2 files, both compressed and uncompressed. Could it be the computer/operating system? I am on an iMac running Sierra v. 10.12.

Rudolf-H.
Staff MEB Posted December 12, 2016 Staff Share Posted December 12, 2016 Hi maschinsky, It may be something related with lens correction we have introduced recently. Can you upload one of you files using this link so we can this this out? Thanks. Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
johnwillyums
Oh dear, I just purchased Affinity 1.5.0.45, and I'm shooting with a Fuji X-Pro 2. I bought this because my outdated version of Lightroom, would no longer recognise Fuji RAF files from the new sensor. I thought this would. Am I going to have problems with my RAW files? cheers, John
larsh
Hi, my system, s. b., has no problems with RAF-files. lars Quote all Aff 2.2: Capture One+ 23 pro; MacBook Pro, OSX 10.15.7, Fuji X-Pro2
Rudolf-H.
I have problems with the current version of Affinity Photo (1.5.1). Affinity Photo runs on a MacBook Pro Retina (15 ", Mid 2015) with the operating system macOS Sierra (version 10.12.2). Since the beta version of Affinity Photo 1.5 supports the RAW format of my camera FUJIFILM X-Pro 2, I have assumed that this format is also supported by Affinity 1.5.1. However, loading the RAW files causes the program to terminate unexpectedly. But again the actual beta version of Affinity Photo (1.5.2) supports the RAW formats of my camera FUJIFILM X-Pro 2 :o And the current version of Affinity Photo running on a Win 10 PC supports the RAW formats of my camera FUJIFILM X-Pro 2!
