JCasalino
Hello, Hopefully this is the correct place to post my problem. Here goes. I recently purchased a new HD for my Mac Pro "Cheesgrater" 5,1 and upgraded the OS to a clean install of Mavericks (It's Pro Tools friendly) my problem is that Affinity Photo is no longer available in the purchased section of the App Store. I can still launch Affinity Photo on the HD that was replaced. I would like to re-install AP instead of purchasing it again. Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks in advance. vonBusing
Hi Joe, You should first ensure that you are signed-in in the Mac App Store with the same Apple ID as the one you used when purchasing Affinity Photo. /Miro
JCasalino
Hi Joe, You should first ensure that you are signed-in in the Mac App Store with the same Apple ID as the one you used when purchasing Affinity Photo. /Miro Thanks for the response Miro. I'm signed into the App store with the same ID used to purchase. Everything else I've purchased is there except Affinity Photo. Joe
vonBusing
Sounds strange. If you have inadvertently hidden it, you could check your Mac App Store account and view Hidden Purchases: To view hidden apps, choose Store > View My Account, sign in, then click View Hidden Purchases. Click Unhide for apps that you want to appear in the Purchases list. Alternatively, you could try to copy the app from the old HD to the Application folder on the new hard drive. The app may require that you connect with your Apple ID to the Mac App Store to run the first time. If it's another Apple ID, you should see it. I dragged the Affinity Photo application from my Carbon Copy Cloned backup drive to the new HD. And the update to Affinity Photo appeared in my App Store. vonBusing
Staff Patrick Connor Posted November 16, 2016 Staff Share Posted November 16, 2016 The Joe Casalino account has been merged with the JCasalino account. The email has been changed for the JCasalino account to j*****@gmail.com, but the password is unaltered. Let me know if that was incorrect (pconnor at serif dot com) Patrick Connor Serif Europe Ltd Latest V2 releases on each platform Help make our apps better by joining our beta program!
