achilles177
I would like to purchase Designer Workbook for my office, but I need to receive an invoice complete of VAT number (my VAT number). In the provided form is not possible to fill with my VAT number. How is possible to receive a compete invoice? Thaks in advance for your reply. Moscool
I'll let Serif reply formally but you may want to know that books do not attract VAT so you can put the expense through your accounts by simply printing the order confirmation from Affinity shop. Awesome book by the way...
achilles177
Thanks for the reply, Moscool, but following Italian laws, I need an invoice completed with VAT number.
Staff Lee D Posted November 11, 2016 Staff Share Posted November 11, 2016 Can you email affinityorders@serif.com with your order information and that can be looked into for you. achilles177

ambiroa
I think Affinity should add formal info on Commercial purchases somewhere in the Forum or on the purchase pages/form. Following Dutch law, businesses buying anything need to be able to add their VAT number on the invoice, to validate the tax to the authority. Otherwise it will be considered a personal purchase and not tax deductable. PS: Serif has been around for a while, I surely hope they know business/commercial essential stuff like this ;-) joerg
achilles177
Yes, ambiroa, following Italian law it is the same. I just sent an email to the address suggested by Lee.
